Bio: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Austin, Texas. I received my undergraduate psychology degree from University of Texas- Austin and then did my graduate school training at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. I have over 11 years experience in youth and family ministry at different churches, counseling and program development at camp/retreat centers, teaching in schools, and therapeutic clinical practice. I have experience working with children, groups, adults, couples, and families both stateside in Texas and California as well as crossculturally in Spain and El Salvador. I provide therapy for individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, behavioral problems in children, conflict in relationships, addiction, and anger management. I believe in the resilience of people and their potential for growth and healing. I encourage an active lifestyle and agree with many other holistic therapists and psychologists in the field that believe that our mind, bodies, and spirits are interconnected.
